Come wisit Norway insted here you can drive acros the border without even stopping.

  • Written by fireicer about 1 year ago.

This is one of the most serious problems in America. Its why i hate Presidential countries. In America everyone is guilty until proven innocent. In many other parts of the world (I live in UK) you are innocent until proven guilty so in a way you are protected against this happening but when your found guilty well god help you. That said the UK system dont always come down that hard.

  • Written by DjRadioIbles about 1 year ago.

That is inexcusable. I would suggest you sue but since you aren’t a citizen you can’t, so I’d recommend lodging a complaint at your US embassy over in Australia.

  • Written by Timmybear about 1 year ago.

Thank you for your opinion. Personally, I don’t recall ever being asked my opinion on deportation and visa laws, and Canadian policies are equally irrational. Appealing to an alleged majority view that is difficult to measure is also weak reasoning. I’m not really interested in a continued argument on this point; you are approaching things from the point of view that certain legal processes are consistently followed and logical. There is very little evidence for this.

  • Written by fred0245 about 1 year ago.

@Timmybear Anyone entering the US as a Visa Waiver entrant agrees, by signing a legally binding document, to waive all due process rights in removal (deportation) proceedings should they violate their status while in the United States. This amounts to agreeing to summary deportation if they break immigration law…and, it works if they are caught. Detention, no bond, no hearings, no appeals, quick removal. Its the way most Americans believe the deportation system should work in all cases.

@fred0245 – Oh, and being insulting by suggesting people wake up from comas or call them sissies (I’m quite proud to be a sissy, if the alternative is some testosterone monster) undercuts any point you may be trying to make.

  • Written by Timmybear about 1 year ago.

Mr. Sissy to you, and the existence of a certain system does not make that system correct. It should be perfectly obvious to anyone who examines the process of the law these days that legality is a formality when it comes to political expedience.

  • Written by fred0245 about 1 year ago.

@Timmybear The Visa Waiver Program has been around since 1988, and anyone who seeks admission under the VWP waives their right to an appeal. Did you just wake up? The same process that all you sissies are protesting has been around for 22 years.

Those countries that are signatory to the VWP have the same rules when aliens seek admission into those nations. That’s the deal. People seek admission at their own risk.

  • Written by fred0245 about 1 year ago.

@MrGibert0 Wake up Mr. Bozo. The Visa Waiver Program has been around since 1988, and anyone who seeks admission under the VWP waives their right to an appeal. Did you just wake up? The same process that all you sissies are protesting has been around for 22 years.

Time to end your comas. Unless this inadmissible alien was personally invited to the U.S. by the U.S.government, it was his idea to seek permission to enter. That permission was not granted. That was the risk he took.

  • Written by MrGibert0 about 1 year ago.

@fred0245 Eh 90K Sterling a year is almost 150k dollars, you ignorant fuck!

  • Written by ikillyouhahahalameo about 1 year ago.

@MrGibert0 Well thats totally fair… Its not all the “North Americans” that are doing this, Thats half the problem… If I could I would stick this situation right in Obama’s face, its wrong to just turn someone back with out giving them the chance to FULLY explain and give REASON for their purpose of entering the country, but they can and will do it.

  • Written by Timmybear about 1 year ago.

And the appeal process is…? Guess what ? NO-ONE is infallible, and to have no appeal process is inexcusable.

  • Written by fred0245 about 1 year ago.

    @miablincowe—Wow! 90,000 rupees a year! That’s almost $2000. You’re a regular slumdog milliionaire!

  • Written by miablincowe about 1 year ago.

yes my english is bad but im a maths wiz and earn 90k so stick that up your ass

  • Written by fred0245 about 1 year ago.

For a person who lives in England, your English is horrible. I’ll rewrite your sentence for you.

Here is how to say it correctly: “That’s sad that Americans hit the skids big time. Won’t be long until they are under marital law. Bush fucked that country up.”

Martial law is the imposition of military rule by military authorities over designated region(s) on an emergency basis. Not “marshall law.”

    Hope this helps.

  • Written by fred0245 about 1 year ago.

Daniel is a crybaby, and you’re defending him. My guess is that you know what it’s like to have a prick up your asshole.

Daniel was found inadmissible. Now’s he’s dramatizing what happened to him rather than accepting responsibility for it.

  • Written by miablincowe about 1 year ago.

your a prick with your head right up your asshole

  • Written by miablincowe about 1 year ago.

thats sad americas hit the scids bigtime wont be long until there under marshall law bush fucked that country up

  • Written by Lavenderrose73 about 1 year ago.

FOR ALL WHO ARE CONCERNED ABOUT MY PAST COMMENTS: I’m not trying to bad mouth my country, sincerely. It’s just that cases like this one where people in authority act very unethically can be very disillusioning to me. And it’s not B.S. I have a lifetime friend in the Navy Reserves I spoke of this to and expressed my concern that many people don’t believe it’s true. He’d told me HE believes this because of the crap he’d seen himself. I wouldn’t appreciate my own family member mistreating a guest.

  • Written by Lavenderrose73 about 1 year ago.

Oh yeah, that’s right. You’re shooting off a really hateful potty mouth, but MrGibert’s the one with the really big issue here!

And MrGibert, that MAY have been more that should be said, especially after the 911 incident. After we were attacked like that one COULD take that personally, especially if they lost loved ones or were otherwise adversely affected that day.

I STILL THINK Homeland Security needs to get over themselves!

  • Written by Lavenderrose73 about 1 year ago.

This DawnsNightmare claims that you’re anti-American, but I believe that’s a bit outlandish, since I don’t remember you saying anything hateful (although the thing about harassing on the border may have been out of line by both of us; I’m just really peeved H.S. so I said more than I should have), I just thought I’d ask you to clarify your thoughts to both of us if you would.

  • Written by Lavenderrose73 about 1 year ago.

@DawnsNighmare I don’t have a problem with MY homeland, I have a problem with Homeland Security officers who think they can treat well-intending international neighbors who just want to come and visit. I have a problem with Arrogance, not my country, and MrGilbert didn’t appear to either. So have yourself a nice day!

  • Written by DawnsNighmare about 1 year ago.

Before you open your stupid mouth, you should have read all of MrGilbert’s posts. He’s a Anti-American , he HATES America and you just helped him, you moron. So, are do you also hate America??? Read his posts, then make a comment.
